Agreement to terms

By accessing this website and by submitting an estimate request through any form on this site, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a request.

Services described

This website describes the handyman services offered by Tony Handyman, serving Rhode Island & Southern Massachusetts. Nothing on this site is a binding quote. A written estimate provided at an in-person visit governs over any general language on this site, and a signed contract governs over the written estimate.

SMS and phone consent

When you submit an estimate request and check the consent box, you authorize Tony Handyman to contact you by phone call and by SMS text message at the phone number you provided regarding your project and your request. The following terms apply to that consent:

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your project and your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier apply to any text messages you receive.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out of further text messages. You may also opt out by calling (401) 696-4856.
Help. Reply HELP to any SMS message for help, or call (401) 696-4856.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to SMS or phone contact in order to purchase any service from us.

Estimates and contracts

All estimates are free and provided in writing at an in-person visit. An estimate is not a contract and is valid for the period stated on it. Work begins only after a signed contract and, where required, an accepted deposit.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Tony Handyman is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or from reliance on general descriptions of services that are superseded by a written estimate or signed contract.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected on this page.
